Peter Rutherford was born in Ipswich Suffolk . He studied Illustration and Film Animation at Ipswich Art School and graduated with distinctions . He then went on to work as an Art Director in several leading London advertising agencies. Much of Peter’s early career was as a freelance Illustrator working for the advertising industry . Peter then had an opportunity to do some children’s books for a Publisher and has enjoyed working for the publishing world ever since, producing many children’s books for all ages.
